Tiffany Henry to Lead Teen Group at Ballantyne Office for Fall 2017

Tiffany Henry, MA, LPC, NCC will be leading an Adolescent Therapy Group at Eastover Psychological & Psychiatric Group of the Carolinas - Ballantyne Office this fall. The group will meet every other Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, beginning August 30, 2017.

Group therapy is a tried and true way to belong, share, learn and grow in a supportive environment. This group experience will incorporate aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to build emotional resilience and confidence, manage emotions, and improve relationships.
