Valerie Glass, P.M.H.N.P., B.C.

 

Ms. Glass earned her B.S.N. from Eastern Kentucky University and her M.S.N. from the University of Kentucky.  She completed the Post-Masters Family Psychiatric / Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

 

As a Psychiatric nurse, Ms. Glass has provided patient care and nursing leadership on Inpatient Psychiatric Units, Partial Hospitalization Programs, in Psychiatric Home Care settings and in private practice.

 

Ms. Glass is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses' Association and North Carolina Nurses Association.  She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatric and Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist.

 

Ms. Glass joined Eastover Psychiatric Group in 2009.  She specializes in psychiatric medication management of children, adolescents and adults.
